Saw a cheater, reported it... still in game 2 days later (doing the same thing)

2 days ago, I saw a teleport-miner (instant teleporting from spot to spot, appearing under the ground) and decided to report it. Today, I encounter the same "cheater" in the game doing the same thing.

Is the "Report a Cheater" in the Support Desk even working?
Could they implement another way to submit a report that could include screenshots of the cheat?

Right now, I just feel that my report was a waste of my time because that player is still unbalancing the game and doing his little thing freely.

I don't really expect an answer on this... I just feel that "cheaters" should be dealt with quickly and effectively (which isn't the case at the moment).
