It usually happens when enemy is casting or doing a move, so i tried to run towards their back and heal myself. Everything will stop responding if i do that, my cures wont land and so does my attacks. Happened to me in fate, garuda fight, several dungeons and main story quests. It wont do anything if they enemy isnt doing a move though. I wonder if any other pld is experiencing the same but i guess not much pld cure.

I suggest you post your dxdaig (go to start menu, search run, type "dxdiag" and click 'save all information'). It may be a hardware compatibility issue.
