I remember this was playing during Cid's flashback scene...

You're right. It was played then, but searching Cids Theme from this game didn't really yield any results. :(
In the Before Meteor soundtrack, It's track #80 called 'Dreams Aloft'.
In V1.0 It was simply used when Cid is present, hence the nicknaming 'Cid's Theme'
