Resending registration code!?

We recently purchased a retail copy of the game for the PS3, went through the process of registration up to where it states that an email was sent with the reg code to access the game. So far no email has been sent, the ps3 version states to wait 24hr to resend, it has now been 2 days shy of a week and still no code.

I can't seem to find any options through the Mog Station or account mang sight to resend this code so we can gain access to our purchased copy. Any advice or ideas would be great, as we are at a loss at the moment as to what to do next. Thank you for reading.
