Death Sentence, Turn 5?

anyone know how it works? sometimes it hits for 3.5k sometimes 5k on pallys, does anyone know how it works or just tank through it

Tank through it. You deal with it for the entire encounter except briefly in one phase, 100%-0%.

It's pretty easily healed through. And not cast that often.
