Cannot Create Thread or Post

As the title suggests, I still cannot create threads or post anywhere in the forums but here. Tried to post this in the website bugs section for the post thats already there:

"As of now, still not able to create or respond to threads anywhere in the forums, but tech issues and bugs. First post of the day, tried to post in the Lore section, and am told either I have reached my post limit or my level is not high enough."

This is working as intended, per the forums rules.

Please explain how this is working as intended, when I'm a level 44 marauder?

Posting here also eats up your posting anywhere.
So if you post
10 posts here, you can't post no where else but New Player help forums and here.
Really a BS concept and hope they change it.

Yah, but at the time I tried posting in the lore section i hadn't hit the 10 post mark yet
