Cost of parts ...for people like me

I have about 4 crafts leveling up.

I would love
- when making (or sell) something the cost of that items/component
- ability to input an estimate cost....time consuming

reasons
- See if i am actually making a profit on items i sell (this could also be influenced by me just trying to make my logs and supply missions thus having many items instead of concentrating on a select few).
- I only get to play a bit each day so trying to remember what i spent on parts is not easy to do especially after a few days and with market movements.
- I don't really want to spent the time running an excel program to keep up to date with all this....I am on PS3 BTW.

problems
- no idea how they could do this as i assume it would take too many resources!.
- how to record costs when buy multiple of same over time which have different prices.

Guess i am just wishful and will most likely have to keep a record or just find items that make a profit and don't worry about the others.
