Escape from Castrum Centri - Missing Armor

After completing "Every Little Thing She Does Is Magitek" I logged for the night. When I logged back in to start on "Escape from Castrum Centri" I discovered I was missing the required Imperial Helm/Robe to complete the quest. I spoke with Cid who instructs you to go to Revenant's Toll and talk to Glaumunt for a replacement set. When I speak to Glaumunt he goes into a irrelevant dialogue that yields no replacement armor, and no direction as to where to go.
I've checked my inventory, quest objective bag, and retainer - all of which contain no Imperial Helm/Robe. I've checked the forums, wiki sites, and opened a ingame service ticket which was responded to with a canned response suggesting to do what I already have.

Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated - Thanks!

Have you checked your armory chest? I think my set got put directly into it.
