relic weapon quest issue after downing ifrit hm

I am unsure if this is an ongoing issue but after getting the quest to get a quest item from ifrit hm I zoned in and noticed the whole quest dissapeared. I at first thought it was just a visual bug or some minor error but after downing ifrit and zoning out it was still gone.

I freaked at first especially after logging out and back in and closing the game completely and logging back in to see if that could fix it. However, after checking the quest status with the crafter in the shroud and finding out my status with the quest not only was gone but I had to start over from the beginning I began to become severely upset to put it mildly (to make matters worse my team traded trent richardson today to make my day that much better but I do not hold that against the game designers).

my plea is I wish to have my quest reinstated to the part where I turn the ifrit item in at least as it is really hindering my free companies progression not being able to progress in that quest(at least to the point of me not getting the items i need to make it and get the weapon to help my character get geared for future content).

I realize that other people could be having similar issues but I was wondering given how mine happened(at ifrit) if it could be a seperate issue.

If this cannot be resolved soon you will not see me paying money to play this game (sadly I think with the changes they did this could be one of the better ones out).
