Quality of Life FATE changes

If the FATE system is here to stay...which I believe it is, I would like to see some quality of life changes made....

I think the XP is fine for FATES...however, instead of nerfing FATE XP lets buff dungeon XP and promote smaller group experience.

Can we add fate % complete to the map icons? It's irritating as hell to run halfway around the world to a FATE only for it to finish when you show up...

First hitting mobs? Really? Why is this so damned important? Why can't players share XP equally and not care who gets the first hit? Needs a change.
