Doesn't it seem odd that Titan hard is a one tank fight, where every other fight is designed to have something that needs to be off tanked, or simultanked?
Also, all it does is serve as a way to mess with tanks, (looking at warriors atm), that are viewed as suboptimal due to increased damage taken and lack of defensive cds. Yes we can react to damage, but it doesn't offsets sustaned large amounts of damage.
All of the primals are really 1 tank fights.
A PLD can tank and stun on ifrit if they are good, alternatively Dragoons / Monks can rotate stuns with a Tank in phase 1, or (I think) Dragoons can solo stun eruptions in phase 2.
Garuda has 2 adds that spawn twice, maybe 3 times, and the tank tank can tank Garuda + 1 of them fairly easily, particularly a PLD tank.
Titan is just the first boss that doesn't pretend like an off tank is necessary.
Also, IMO Praetoreum is a 1 tank instance, and Castrum is pretty easy to solo tank too.
Off tank is nearly an unnecessary job in this game.
Which further supports the disparity. If you are gonna swap it around, or pretend like there are 2 tank fights, it just further confuses the situation. Its annoying to say the least.
