Goldsmith hammer disappeared

Yesterday, 9-17-2013, my level 50 quest goldsmith hammer, Urcaguary, disappeared from my armory chest. I submitted a Ticket in game and, in typical square enix fashion, received no response. I then created a ticket through the lodestone only to get a auto generated email 12 hours later asking that I come to these forums and post

Last evening, I was kicked due to the inactivity timer (I'm guessing around 19:30 EST) and when I came back online at 20:45 EST, I decided to do some more crafting, I went to switch to my goldsmith equipment set and it gave me the error message that not all gear was available.
Seeing how I have not had to touch any of my armory chest in awhile, i do not know what happened to my quest hammer. I searched my inventory and retainers and the hammer is just gone.

Anyone else have gear just randomly disappear?
