Unable to play

I am currently unable to play due an error when using the launcher. The error is as follows:

Unable to launch Final Fantasy XIV updater. [11035][5][19900][5]

I have tried researching a solution to this problem and thus far have not found a workable fix for it. System restores, reboots, re-intsalls, modem resets, all have been tried and haven't solved the issue. Any ideas?

Are you using the same launcher from the third phase beta?

My friend had the exact same error when we moved to phase four and early access when he tried to just update his old launcher/client with the new updates.

Other than the above, I honestly have no idea.
