As the title states, the crafting skill [Brand of Lightning] tooltip is wrong. It reads "Doubles progress when item affinity is wind" instead of lightning.

As the title states, the crafting skill [Brand of Lightning] tooltip is wrong. It reads "Doubles progress when item affinity is wind" instead of lightning.
It's working properly (unlike what you actually state in your title) but tooltip is indeed says wind instead of lightning. It's been reported numerous times already.
