Hi,
So ever since i have purchesed the game i had cinema issues and i am just now getting around to trying to fix it. the problem is that when ever a cinema is on my screen only the bottom half of the cinema is shown the top half is black. i would love some help on the matter :D

there was an issue with that for the pc users, i forget what update screwed up cinimatics, but after a few weeks another pc update came and it fixed it. To find the post i think one of they keywords is Half cinimatics or something similar. It was the exact same issue with half black, half scene.
Adding to what Panthur says, it was a Windows Update that caused problems with some software, FFXIV being one of them. Microsoft have since pushed out a fixed version though so you just need to run Windows Update and reboot (and possibly run it again if there's still more) until you get the new patch and that'll fix your problems :) (you must reboot after installing it, I tried not rebooting myself and that didn't work)
