A different Idea for the villages proposed recently

Instead of adding new villages why don't you make the camps into villages. I also recommend removing the feature of getting leves at the city states and instead let us get Dungeon missions at the city-states, and leves at the villages (Camps). Here are some ideas of how I think this idea can work.

~What should Villages have?~
-A Inn for player interaction,leves,behest,monster ambush missions,etc.
-A couple of stores (3~5)
-Extra little perks like a farm, A limited amount of houses.
-A Aetheryte of course.
-A peaceful Music Theme shared by all Villages in the SAME region only please lol.
-Not huge, just a bit more space than current camps.

This would bring much more life to the world

Kinda sounds like what they might be doing with these encampments.

Would really like a standard village theme for specific regions. Going through Final Fantasy IV complete on PSP, and the way the main castles (comparable to the city states I suppose) and the small villages have different themes are great.

Think it would be cool if they made use of the ones they already have on top of adding new ones.

These hubs are not really villiages, They are like independant farms out in the wilderness. I'd like to see them redo all the current A-Camps like this though.

Well they dont have to redo them, just add more npcs or small structures to them. And actually do something with those sewer grates all over.

Sorry guys. The fact that they actually announced the feature usually means it's just about set in stone.

They aren't going to change it. That is the reality of game development. They do not announce things in-development until they are close enough to release.

These ideas could be applied to the actual villages like Aleport. The announced hubs are different and too small to have those elements imo. Istead i'd expand and improve the actual ones with some activities and interactivity inside (adding also other structures like inns and shops). I'd add also some secrets to find inside.. like the good old FF villages (the FF4/5 villages were awesome). :D

Pretty sure those are wells....and well, the only thing they can do with those is give you fetch quests to haul water around...iffy aesthetics at best...I dunno who thought it was a cool thing to add.

They are not villages just tiny little camps. Don't expect there to be much in them.
