Crashing and graphical errors constantly

So I finally was able to log on yesterday, and was fine for a little while before I started getting a driver_verifier_detected_violation from windows 8. So I updated the drivers and no longer get that error. However now I get graphical freezes constantly, if the client does not crash all together.
Now I know its probably isolated, but this is really frustrating for a released game. whatever there is to try left please let me know.
this is my current system.
i7-2600K @ 3.4ghz
8gb ram
geforce 570 ti with 320.49 driver
on a 1920 X 1200 59 hz monitor.
