Servers Question: Lowest Population and Biggest EU community?

I have a couple of questions, doubt there is a clear answer to them, but I'm willing to read different opinions.


1) Which of the "EU" servers currently has the lowest population?

2) Which of the "EU" servers has the biggest EU community (number of EU players, linkshells etc) after Ragnarok, since I'm well aware that's the first?)
