Been testing the game on a Mac using Boot Camp for Windows 7

Hello, I've been testing the game on my wifes mac as she wants to get the game. However I've found that while I have no issue getting to the character selection screen I have issues logging in with characters, a couple of times I got the error 10102. However the times I managed to log in after a couple of min in the game I'd get huge lag spikes and during these spikes it would almost always result in an error 90000.

The game works perfectly on my Windows 7 laptop so I don't believe it's a router issue. I cannot find any issue with her Windows 7 setup.

Do you have any suggestions as to what it could be or if there's still some network issues on your end that could be causing this? I'd very much like to get this sorted out as it would mean another person buying your game and give me the ability to play a game I love with my wife.

Any help would be appreciated. If you need any information on the specs of her computer let me know.
