looking for help as the odds from SEE are next to none.

utill yesterday my account was working fine. This morning i get error 3109 telling me there is no service acccount registered, the account has 7 characters on it. . So, i currently have 2 service accounts which both show up in my account as registered.. they both now have characters on them however the mog station auto logs me out as it says i have 0 characters on any of my accounts. i even tried resubscribing on my 1.o service account which said it was sucessfull at the time but when i log into accounts page now it tells me i have 0 subsciptions.

what i fail to understand is how my 1.0 game became un registered, amazingly i still have the packaging and cd key for 1.0 but there is no place to register the code in my account as it already says its registered. im at a loose end, i live in australia so getting hold of chat or phone time is bloody hard... has anyone else had this issue and a potential fix ?

This happened to me briefly during the Loadstone changeover / maintenance. But afterwards it all returned to normal. There was of course the Loadstone maintenance yesterday I think, it might be something stemming from that.
With my situation, all my character/account information simply reappeared so I did not require any assistance from SE, but if it is the same thing I would think it is quite likely you will be able to get your details sorted out in response to a ticket.
