I noticed in the Japanese-to-English thread that they are still working on it.
My husband at first couldn't create on my server but he gave it a few days and eventually was able to do so. They are always opening up and easing restrictions as necessary, so just have her keep trying for now until the service begins for world transfers.
Although the Mogstation still has a sentence about them starting mid-Sept. (and that still could happen). Yoshi posted on the 12th: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...54#post1247254So no firm date, but hopefully soon.Quote:
