Anyone Else Getting: FFXIV ARR Has Stopped Responding...

Anyone else finding that their game crashes when they alt tab even in Full Screen, Full Screen Windowed or Borderless Windowed Mode?

I get a windows error telling me FFXIV ARR has stopped responding and windows is looking for a solution. I've tried reinstalling the game several times and it hasn't improved. I've also made sure that my video card and windows is full uptodate. This is the only game I can't alt tab in. I know it may not seem like a big issue but when you're trying to listen to music or youtube clips while playing its a bid annoying.

I've been having the problem ever since the first major patch to address the week 1 server issues.

Anyone happen to find a solution yet?
