Quest Completion Error

I just completed DD dungeon and went back to Swift (Flame Commander) to complete the quest. He has the green check above his head. When I click through his dialogue, it shows LV 44 Shadows Uncast reward and then I click the complete button. The yellow Quest complete button flashes across the screen but then the green arrow stays on him. I go to the GC Personnel Officer and I can't rank up again in GC until this quest gets done. I've tried a dozen times and it won't complete. I logged out and back and still the same issue.

Has anyone had an issue with quests not completing? I went through the in game report a bug but haven't heard anything back yet. I have no clue how to get past this issue so I can continue to rank up in the GC.

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you level 44? Your bio to the side says you are Archer lvl 43. Even if the NPC has a green quest icon, if you are under level you may not be able to complete.

Throw something away from your full inventory :D
