Token sales

I know people have seen the spam of crafters wanting to buy items that only tokens can buy. Seems the crafters have got together and said that they would only pay 10k for the items.

I dont see why the combat people cant get together and agree to only sell the items for 12k to 15k. I mean look at the profits they are making from the items they make. We (combat) sell the mats for them to make the end game gear that they are getting, from some prices 80k and then we turn around and have to pay them for items, so really we are losing the 10k and the crafter is profiting 10k extra so all in all they are getting 90k from us. (if that makes sense to some)

Why dont we just up the prices for the items purchased with tokens, they seem to think they can control the market with set prices for buying the mats then they set the selling of the finished products... seems we are getting screwed on both ends as being combat.

Just up your prices on the token mats :)

Very simple: the law of supply and demand.

The problem you are running into here is the fact that just about everyone rushed to cap their 1st 50 DoW/M class, and hardly even touched their DoH/L classes. So naturally you will have way more suppliers of the said item, then the crafters that can make use of the said item.

Solution: Level up your crafting so you can make those items for free, and not have to pay 90K to purchase it.

Missed my point, they are trying to control the buying price of mats and the selling price of the crafted item, i say we control the selling price of the mats.

They aren't controlling anything, every transaction is a mutual agreement between the buyer and seller. People are willing to pay that much therefore they are selling it for that.

It's exactly what the person said, there are way too many people supplying the items and too few people crafting, therefore the crafting side is more lucrative and there's probably going to always be someone who is willing to sell the materials for less.

Wanting to put in some artificial price floor is just wishful thinking.
