A Serious Lack of 'Do!'

Today, I attempted to manifest my glorious visage within the realms of Eorzea, but I found myself faced with a terrible problem that prohibits my greatness from taking form within these worlds! While I was capable of bringing my appearance to bear within the character creator, right down to my bulging muscles and dashing smile, one CRUCIAL component was conspicuously absent from the choices of available customizations:The pompadour!
I searched every single facet of character creation, and despite my damndest attempts to locate the 'Suave Pomp' option, I could not find it! I clicked every individual pixel on the screen one at a time on every submenu, but no arcane combination of inputs procured the desired 'do!
I'm sure that this is just some sort of client error I'm experiencing, as such a grave oversight seems below your level of expertise, so I have submitted this feedback in earnest hopes that my most dreadful conundrum with character creation will be rectified.
