Subs started today, so it means that you do not have a current subscription

but another question, can i use entry subscription to get veteran rewards? considering i only have 1 character & as a casual player

(might consider to pay a standard subs later on)

I do not see any stipulation that you must be on a specific type of subscription, only that your subscription must be up to a certain time.

you get it with any subscription on all currently created chars and all new chars

Yes - any sub will grant you the veteran rewards.
