Bump, would like a quick response.
It tells you right on the craft info (just under the selection list).
The 1* crafts differ between needing a certain amount of craftsmanship OR control.
I don't think I've seen anything below 275 though
...it says in your crafting log how much you need on the bottom section of the window.
