Owning FFXIV PS3 standard edition and upgrading to Collectors Edition in-game items?

Hi,

I'm having a bit of trouble finding out how to upgrade my standard PS3 Service Account to Collectors Edition. By the way, we are not talking the digital one, its the retail CE. So I got both editions :p

I used the CE code in the PSN Store and it worked fine, but it made a entirely new Service Account 2 with in-game items and 30 days. But this was not what I wanted. :( What I wanted was to upgrade my exciting Service Account 1 to Collectors Edition.

So I wrote to support and I got a new code to PSN Store that I need to enter and activate. But I better ask how exactly this is done now. :o

So how do I activate my Collectors edition in-game items on my exciting Service Account 1 where I already is playing? :confused:
