I would love to help, but sadly I am just a Level 29 Conjurer ATM. I know how it can sometimes be disappointing/frustrating not have people to play alongside with, and to interact with. I hope that you find some willing and able players soon, Good Luck! I'm also in EST, maybe when I am a higher Level and of more use, I could help you with a future endeavor.
Your best bet is to join an FC... Most people have shouts turned off so they are not even getting your messages, you can thank all the RMT's for that...
Yeah RMT's were getting really out of hand, I'm glad they've started cracking down on them. It was becoming impossible to sift through their shouts to get to what I needed to read, when that info was even allowed to leak through in between their shouts.
