FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn has stopped working.

So... I'm having this issue frequently since last 21mb patch.
Beeing me inside a Amdapot, crafting, on lower populated areas, on high populated areas, anywhere, and i get this windows error.
Tryed on Full Screen mode, Borderless Window, maxed settings, minimal settings, and it happens still.
In a Amdapot run, i got this error to happen 5 times....
2 of them during bosses (1 on first boss and 1 on last)...
Reported to SE on the in-game bugs section and no help at all...
Tryed to call a GM in-game and its bugged and wont show any options. Can't type text, cant add title, cant send...
So we get no support at all about this kind of stuff...

I'm incredible disappointed on this kind of support ppl have been getting over getting hacked/ in-game problems... And not even a response about it to help us at all, like, "we're investigating it!", which gets me to think they clearly didnt got the message or ignored it.
Its pretty sad that so many are getting screen freezes, windows errors, etc, and we dont even get told that they know about it and that are trying to fix it.

If this doesnt get solved soon, this was the only and last month i'll be paying for FFXIV:ARR.

This. Also you might have a corrupt file. Try reinstalling game.

I had the same errors right at launch and beta p4. i did a clean install of windows and have not had a problem since. i know this seems like a lot of trouble to go through. but you might have a bug in your system that isnt being recognized by your antivirus or anti-"anything" software. also some programs might just conflict. and lastly what are your hardware specs and how long have you had the hardware?it might be time to either replace something going out or upgrade.

edit* tried reinstallling the game before i reinstalled my windows OS which didnt help.

I think i said in my post that i did update drivers tho, didnt i?
If i didnt, I already have updated them.

Iantead of giving people trying to help attitude, show some appreciation. Iys obviously something on your side. Uninstall game and make sure all files are gone. Make sure firewall isnt interrupting gameplay. If this doeant work, hopefully the support team via website can help.

I had a problem crop up about the same time. I have a duo amd/ati video card. After a long and frustrating effort I finally noticed that somehow crossfire had gotten disabled and I just had to find the tick box to turn it back on. Only thing is, with crossfire you have to run the beta driver, as the latest release driver is May and that one didn't support FFXIV crossfire. My problem was the screen freezing then going briefly blank before play resumed. Mainly happened in fates or when tanking dungeons, so wasn't much appreciated!

I found the bug that prevented me to call a gm.
It was on User files, i deleted it all and the replaces now let me call a GM.
At least if it happens again i can call a GM about it.

Also, i appretiate help, i was just mentioning that i mentioned in my post about the Drivers being updated and trying with old and new drivers, but i actually deleted it because i was trying to remove parts due to the 1000 chars cap. Sorry about it.
I hate this forum rules even more as they add new ones.
