When I try to claim the mail for Veteran Reward 30 days it says I have either full bag space or can't claim at this time. I'm a legacy player with a bottle of Fantasia already in my bags. I am assuming the programming is having an issue placing another into my bags.
You cannot have 2. SE has already stated that you need to use the one you have in order to accept the new one.
If you don't want to use the Fantasia potion right away just give it to one of your retainers and then you can claim the 2nd one. It seems you can have upto 3 of these items on one character at a time, 1 per retainer (max 2) and 1 in your own bags.
