A simple fix for the market

Rather than charge a 5% tax on sold items, charge a 5% listing fee on all items posted, and half the initial listing fee to adjust prices on already listed items. This would alleviate the massive price gouging that happens on the market and help to stabilize the economy much faster, as well as make players list items at more reasonable prices or in more reasonable quantities.
