I played 1.0 for a little bit, enough to get Legacy status. When it came time start up ARR, it seemed to go ok. I was able to login with my account from 1.0 and play up until last night, but this morning when I tried to log in, it gives me: "No valid or active service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn."
I've logged into mog station and it says my account is inactive. I updated my payment info, but the first time, it gave me an error so I had to do it again.
Has anyone else run into this problem? Any help would be appreciated.

Aww, that sucks. Seems Square just can't seem to get account issues right. Hopefully it gets worked out soon.

Just tried logging in and found this same issue. I'm not Legacy, but I did own 1.0. Hopefully SE resolves their payment issues soon.
BTW anyone know if SE has started selling game time cards in stores? I checked my local gamestop and they don't have a clue when they will receive them. -
