Picking a Realm, searching for EST.

Good Day Everyone!
I'm new to this game and of course with that means finding a realm to call home.
Problem is, each realm I've joined seems to be 7 hours away.
Is there a realm that is set for EST?

Siren seems to be fairly active. Also if the server in the EU/US listing says EU, its meant largely for EU, ones that don't are US servers.

I got that part, but it seems even the (NA) Realms are far from PST/CST/EST time zones. Which are the ones here.

No server got their current time to EST. It doesn't really matter... All server (Na/Eu) are located to Montreal in Canada.
