Semi-new player looking for a LS

The name is Sylvia Tamalia in game, and I'm looking for a ls for beginners. I've been playing for a couple of weeks now or so, and I'm enjoying the game so far for the most part. Though the one thing I don't enjoy about it so far is how quiet it is pretty much everywhere, which makes the game seem devoid of life. I would like a place to socialize and perhaps party for leves if some people fall within my level range. If someone has a good ls for me, let me know. Thanks in advance. :)
