Account Region locked, can't subscribe
When I created the account to play FF14 1.0, I was living in Australia. Therefore all my registration information reflected that. Now that I'm back in America, I cannot renew my subscription because the system expects me to pay in Euros, which I don't have.
There is no option to change regions in account settings and I've submitted TWO tickets to Support and have gotten no answer, other than that they know I submitted a ticket. I am willing to make a new account and buy the game again, but I've already gotten my character almost to max level. I will NOT do that over again. If I make a new account, I expect my characters and benefits to be transfered to it. I would love to let Support handle this, but I can't get a hold of them on the phone, in chat, or by ticket submission/e-mail. This is my last option.

Have you tried to change the account setting and payment option methods from this site:

I know that you can change your address there as well as payment options. I'm not sure which of their sites you tried to do it from. If you have then I'm sorry for mentioning it and what a pain in the groin!
