Um, so I ordered a copy of the collector's edition for NA. But when I received the game (finally getting around to installing) it came with an EU registration code? It doesn't work for NA registered account. Is there anyway to resolve this, or swap for a new code?
I tried putting in a ticket, but it's been ignored for 4 days now, and I obviously can't return the game. I feel rather cheated having paid $80 for a game I can't even register.
It sounds like you probably ordered the game from an overseas retailer (Green Man Gaming perhaps?). From what I've seen on the forums (and what my friend has gone through) you are going to have to buy a NA version of the game if that retailer won't give you a refund. I've been told that the SECS guys will NOT help with anything having to do with non NA stuff.
Oh, fun... no returns accepted. Guess I'm not playing since I had to save up for that, and am certainly not buying another. Good job on SE's part - losing customers left and right here it seems from the animosity all the over the boards.

Is there perhaps any way to change an S-E NA account over to the EU?
I know for sure, my Aussie guild mate from WoW tried that. Flat no, rep said something about region codes not ever being able to be changed or something, I would go with DarkSnowyWolf. It will be a pain to deal with billing and everything, but unless you are going to sell the game and buy a new one, seems like you are out of options :/
