Where exactly are these obtainable in ARR? I know they had a Moogle primal fight in 1.0, but I am seeing these weapons on a non-legacy server and searching online hasn't turned up anything other than their specs. Any info would be appreciated.

I believe the Moogle fight is being added in the next version update - as to how they ended up on a non legacy server I have no idea
I've seen the sword and the bow on people at Revenant's Toll and was like O.o;
