Materia , question ...

Hi, is that possible to know what category of item will give you what kind of materia please ?
exemple : if i need a parry materia III, what kind of item should i disenchant ??

It's semi random, afaik there is not yet a compiled list of materia conversions. That could in fact take some time. But, from what I have seen, they tend to come from items which grant similar stats. For example, I often get vitality materia from vitality rings etc. So I would assume since parry comes from DEX, DEX equipment would be more likely to convert into the Parry Materia.

You'd probably have a chance to get Parry materia off of tank pieces of gear with Parry on them.

It is all random now. You can get any materia from any spiritbonded gear.
