White Mage looking for end-game FC!

As the title says, I'm looking for a free company that are eager to clear end-game content. Not looking for a hardcore fc, but not too casual either. Got reality to deal with from time to time aswell. Been playing healing classes for a long time in a variety of different mmo's.
