Ability/Spell recast timers as text display on screen?

Hi,
Do you have any plans to add a text display of ability/spell recast timers (cooldown) on screen? The recast progress bars are displayed on hotbars, yes, but not when an ability/spell is part of a macro.
Also, I prefer to have a display of all abilities/spells waiting for recast in one place on screen.

It would be nice if we could choose what abilities/spells get displayed in the text feed when their recast timer is ticking, too. And obviously font, colour, transparency, position.

the command /macroicon "skill here" will tell a macro what cooldown to display for a macro.

/macroicon "Straight Shot"
will display straight shot's recast if used as the first line of a macro.

+1 we absolutely need text display for cooldowns. 1 sec intervals down to 5 secs then hundredths or tenths either one.

I don't know how many times i have started mashing a buff and it not fire off because it has 2-3 seconds left. ON a 180 second cooldown, the little sliver of grey left is barely visible.
