Allow queuing in Duty Finder for multpile classes (and other suggested DF changes)

There are a few issues preventing players from getting the most out of FFXIV relating to duty finder (DF).

1. Players should be able to queue for duties for multiple classes (say, 3) at the same time.

2. Chocobo companions should NOT cancel DF queuing. Why are they mutally exclusive? It would be easy to cancel a companion to accept the duty.

3. The hard mode trials in DF need a gear requirement (i.e. gear level 50 for Ifrit, 55 or 60 for Garuda, and 70 for Titan). People are queuing for ages only to be put into groups with at least 1 undergeared player that generally means the group will not be successful. If guilds want to try these fights with lower geared players they should still be able to by accessing the fights from the aetheryte stone (rather than DF).

4. You should be able to look for replacement players in a trial, just the same as a dungeon so one person cannot ruin it for everyone else by leaving.

5. Implement a readycheck already :)
