SE customer support leaked all my info to another customer ID real name date of birth

And when is char transfer begins already passes midvsept

Please fix raise make instant cancel long animation and immunity to healing
Give us world broadcast when major bosses spawn and their location insteas of us teleporting all over map

Make trash monster drop loot or gil or crafting items at level 50 dungeons since we don't get exp oranything fron them

This happened for almost 2 weeks now and they didnt do anything that kind customer emailed me and told me about, he said they pasted all my info to him during live chat what bothers me is the customer support didn't bother to tell me about it an I have his full name, but I waites 2 weeks and they didn't even let me change my username, I bet all this hacking is from them spreading our info around

Support is understandably overstretched and there are human errors happening.

I agree 100% and don't like the fact that this is mostly just an I want these with an attention grabbing title then the issue as an after thought but IF this did happen it is somewhat of a major concern that compromises not only account security for here but many other things since that info generally included credit card info name d.o.b. and your registered email which could lead to someone getting say your psn account or Netflix info or even bank Info if your bank teller doesn't really care enough to do a proper job

I agree too and would suck hard if it happened to me, would sue if i Knew someone from the inside leaks your info.
