Hotbar and missing powers

I was changing my hotbars around and now I can't find summon3 and fester to add back on to them. I contacted support 4 days ago now and have heard nothing back.

Has anyone else had this problem and if so, how did you resolve it.

I have searched actions and traits high and low, and they are nowhere to be found.

Summon III and Fester are both Summoner job skills, you can find them under "Job" tab, which is directly below Traits tab.
