Where to start another Relic Reborn quest?

Hey guys, I just completed my first A Relic Reborn quest, and I want to start another one for BLM. I can't seem to find where to start this again? Neither Gerolt or Nedrick are offering it. Do any of you guys know?

IN 1.0 you went back directly to Gerolt, i havent finished one in 2.0 so I'm not exactly sure. Make sure you have all the job quests for BLM completed would be my first guess.

I think that might be why. I have not completed all of the BLM class quest yet. Derp.
