FATE changes I'd like to see

Grinding fates in northern thanalan just to catch up to my story quest was brutal. I loved every aspect of the game until that point. So some changes I'd like to see:

1.) Give bonus XP/gil/seals for doing fates in a zone associated with your GC
2.) Increased XP/gil/seals for completing fates that have recently failed
3.) (Probably won't be a popular opinion) reduce XP/gil/seals for completing the same fate more than a couple times in a row (though the XP/gil/seals would probably offset if you are a part of that zones GC)
4.) Increase the number of higher level fates in zones with beastman strongholds.

I'd just like some variety. The grind from 47-50 would have been much nicer if I could have done it as effectively in outer la nosca or east shroud
