I attempted to mark the filters in the "General" tab so that it does not show other players item gains, synthesized items, et cetra, but it in fact, does not remove them from the chat window.
This leads to a very cluttered window pain when you are trying to communicate with your FC and other players as I play.
Does anyone know if this is working correctly?
I have the same issue - despite removing the "other's" gains and synthetizes stuff it still show some (although a bit less now). I believe it's a bug - lets report it - either here in forums in the ingame bugs section or directly via support form in the game.
I did report it here in the support forums and plan to do so via in game as well. Glad to know I am not insane and just missing something, lol!
