If I'm trying to log in obvious I'm not "still logged in" so why this error?

Seriously, it's 2013. If I get disconnected the game should recognize that I'm disconnected. If it doesn't, then my most recent attempt to log in should trigger a disconnect to the existing log in. WoW got rid of this problem back in 2005 or 2006. THIS IS 8 YEARS LATER. WAKE UP!

So you'd be ok with someone else logging in and booting you off your account then, right? Because that's what will happen. The server will boot you after a period of time to be sure it wasn't a momentary blip in your connection. It's rather normal for an MMO, even WoW.

And who would ever do that? Who can log into your account? At least it would hint you that your account is hacked, because now hacker just waits until you log out, and you find out when it is too late. Automatic logout on new login is better on all aspects.

Don't pretend to understand how servers work.

We don't need to understand that, working examples out there (wow) is sufficient.

Because this isn't WoW. Secondly, it does not matter what anyone says or does, you will not change your opinion on the matter. I understand that it is annoying when you get DC'd then have to wait 10 or so minutes, but.... Want something real to complain about? Here is my scenario which I thought was humorous.

Spend over an hour waiting for a CM group on the DF. Get into the DF group, little over a minute passes I get 90k'ed. Now you think that would be enough, right? Go to log in, I have to wait. So I wait, knowing that I have most likely been replaced. I finally log back in and of course, I am sitting back where I started before the CM group. So with a big *sigh* I open up DF and what do I see? You must wait 9 more minutes before being able to que. Seriously?? Meh, shit happens. I guess I just don't get bothered by the little things, too much bigger shit to worry about.

It take 5-10 minutes to do the logout procedure.

Be patient, it isn't that long.

I really don't see them changing it.

If you connect with another character this one will be kicked(and some people said making a new one up until the point where you pick the server works too).

So if you're stuck outside, log with another char, log out, then your char. gg
