My character go down under a floor

My character go down under a floor and can not play
please help me

i am on behemoth and i have had these issues a few times but i could always walk back the other way and be back out on the grass. I was also on a chocobo and was suddenly under the stairs luckily i unmounted myself and was back on top of the stairs good luck

I was running to the arcanist's guild in limsa, fell right through a bridge and had to teleport out as my return was on cooldown. A couple minutes later, it happened again south of the main aetheryte crystal in limsa. Not sure what to do other than trying to travel through the city with only teleports.
