And you cannot teleport/return because?

If you cannot teleport for some reason get someone to invite you to a party and let them teleport. Accept their teleport and you're free!

I had the same issue, due to server lag I would "run ahead" of the ability for the objects to be rendered and find myself below the floor. I was able to walk around a bit and jump back from below. I never had to teleport as I was able to navigate back.
